Job Duties:

  • Collection of requirements and preparing PRD for new features development independently;

Senior Android Engineer (Global Trading App)

Job Duties:

  • As a product manager, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, Design, manage and launch new features that are all about increasing user engagement and our competitive edge.
  • Take initiative, work independently, enjoy working in a challenging environment and make a difference.
  • Gather the business stakeholders requirements, define roadmap, design and launch product features.
  • Develop a detailed product roadmap based on the company’s strategic plan, and manage all product milestones through agile workflow.
  • Ensure that the engineering team, the QA, customer support and all people across the company know exactly where the product is, and where it is going.

Job Requirements:

  • ex-Trader with technical background, who has deep understanding in social trading, preferably from a large Fintech firm or a Bank

Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the implementation and execution of the APAC strategic staffing plan,select and hire diverse top talents to join a high-performing workforce in achieving business goals.
  • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition and candidate experience – from building the talent pipeline and pool through robust talent attraction as well as analytics reporting and relationship management.
  • Translate the overall people strategy and staffing blueprint into execution and tactics, ensuring alignment of staffing needs with business objectives while managing, influencing, and driving the recruitment process.
  • Review key hiring trends and indicators from the external environment to recommend appropriate strategies and tactics that support the strategic staffing plan.
  • Sourcing: Manage external talent sourcing channels to attract top talents successfully and efficiently for a diverse level of positions.
  • Selecting: Drive the talent screening process with hiring managers, ensuring that the best talents are hand-picked after undergoing a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Hiring: Oversee candidate offers professionally, acting as the point of contact and building influential candidate relationships throughout the process.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8years experience including 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with a combination of in-house and agency experience.
  • Solid experience in talent attraction and acquisition, so you can respond quickly to business needs by designing effective hiring strategies and delivering significant impact through finding great talents.
  • Profound knowledge of the latest talent attraction and acquisition tools and techniques, and experience with market mapping and talent research allowing you to enjoy data and insights of talent competitors in the industry.
  • A Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources or equivalent

Senior / Campaign Marketing Executive - SEA

Job Duties:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Work with data to analyse and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channel.
  • Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Specialize in planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns.
  • Working with head of departments to turning the strategist’s vision into reality.
  • Create transparency for all involved stakeholders by creating top notch roadmaps with action plans and deadlines then strategically delegates those tasks to the appropriate team members.
  • Continuously track status on all processes, deliverables, deadlines, results from planning phase until post-mortem.
  • Manage & coordinate complex marketing campaigns with multiple involved internal and external stakeholders and dependencies and distribution through multiple channels.
  • Create and manage calendars for projects and campaigns.
  • Develop best practice campaign workflows.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in campaign planning and management.
  • Experience in managing B2C and end to end campaigns including optimization and reporting.
  • Experience in social media marketing, ROI calculations, product lifecycle, marketing strategy, product promotion, go-to-market plans, and value propositions.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, detailed oriented, with strong decision-making skills.
  • Great at stakeholder management internally and externally
  • High project management skills
  • Data driven.
  • Ability to work across diverse culture, and converse not only in English but also in a 2nd language, preferably Mandarin and a few other Asian language
  • Hands on and comfortable with execution and delivery
  • Agency experience preferred not mandatory.

Senior Data Analyst

Job Duties:

  • Communicate with operation managers, customer supports, business owners and stakeholders to gather operation data on monthly basis
  • Data analysis, data-base creation and management, for easy trace of all operation data and report generation.
  • Actively coordinate within team, cross-function team within company and 3rdparty suppliers for data preparation.
  • Familiar with operation procedure and identify and implement process improvements
  • Plan and scheduling the training for members within the department.
  • Draft and keep training materials up-to-date.
  • Support the maintaining and updating of product information on website.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ad-hoc task as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Good excel, powerpoint or other software, Power BI and data analysis skills so as to help out in group report and presentation slides is a must; Python SQL, ML Tableau is a prefer.
  • Clear mind and good writing and present skills so as to create data base and display the data in a neat and tidy way, also provide suggestions based on the data analysis result

  • Degree in data analyst/Banking/Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work in data analysis. Relevant experience from the financial, forex or fintech industry will be an advantage.
